Just got back from an awesome cruise to Alaska with Packrat, Kali, and a couple of friends. The scenery was gorgeous, the entertainment was awesome, and the best part was wall-to-wall queer women.
But first, a word from our sponsor!

Olivia started out as a music company, but now they mostly do cruises and other vacations targeted to lesbians. Picture a ship full of 1300 queer women, most of them old enough to remember when Cris Williamson’s “The Changer and the Changed” was making waves. (There were some youngsters too.) A week filled with dancing, comedy, great food, The Oldywed Game, and unbelievable scenery.
And the music. Oh, the Olivia music. There was Dianne Davidson, who performed blues with Tracy Nelson.
There was Lisa Koch. Alas, the Youtube of this song doesn’t do justice to the sign language interpreter nailing the twists & turns in this song.
There was Be Steadwell, a new name to everyone in my group. She blew us away. All the layers in this song are just her voice.
And because a scheduled performer had to cancel with a last-minute emergency, instead there was...CRIS WILLIAMSON!
