Tonight, Republicans in Mississippi are choosing between Lt. Gov. Tate Reeves and former state Supreme Court Chief Justice Bill Waller in the GOP runoff for governor. Reeves just narrowly missed avoiding a second round in the Aug. 6 primary, leading Waller 49-33. However, Waller subsequently won the endorsement of the third-place finisher, state Rep. Robert Foster. The winner will face Democrat Jim Hood, the state attorney general, in November.
