The most stinging sticky sobriquets usually are alliterations. Moscow Mitch is the best recent example with Leningrad Lenny being a distant runner-up.
The beauty of these descriptive nicknames in the social media era is that the best can go viral in mere minutes thank to the hashtag function of Twitter. Moscow Mitch is the best example where in short order it went from Twitter to the mainstream media.
My friends and probably many of you have tried to come up with a good one for Trump but with only Donald and Trump to go on nobody has come up with a person or place to pair either name with.

Tamerlane Trump will never catch on because as bad as he was only historians are familiar with his reign of terror. He’s often known as Timur, so Timur Trump would be an option. He is not someone Trump would want to be associated with. Wherever he went he brought about destruction, massacres, burning, looting and dishonor to women”. He killed thousands of people. Wikipedia
