Don't know about you, but I love palace intrigue, I can't get enough of it.
And though it's a word we hear an awful lot 'in the Age of Trump', it's a word that's synonymous with Edward Snowden.
In 2013 Mr. Snowden blew the whistle as it relates to U. S. Intelligence Agencies gathering so-called 'meta data' and 'bulk data collection' of private citizens phone and computer data without a warrant from a court of law, prior notice or consent to be 'searched and seized'.
Say what you want or will of Snowden, Lord knows former President Barack Obama has Snowden, to my mind, he has done more good than harm in relation to our United States Intelligence Community with what has come to be known as, "The Snowden Effect".
Late tonight MSNBC's own Brian Williams traveled to Russia recently to interview Edward Snowden about these last five years, his new book and the current state of our world post his revelations.
And though the interview was edited for time. To MSNBC's credit they have posted the entire interview HERE, and I invite you guys to take a look at it for yourselves.
Clearly we are still living in dangerous times. The threats are constant. And it's past time for us to gather ourselves together in places like the Daily Kos where we can network and interact with each other to affect and effect positive and significant change in our world.
With all that is going on in our world today we need to put aside petty, partisan differences and come together as one people and stop the madness in our world before it becomes to late.
And maybe when we do we will be having our very own Snowden Effect?
