Last week, Julián Castro ended his bid for the Democratic Party nomination, and endorsed Sen. Elizabeth Warren. Castro, of course, was the youngest member of President Obama's Cabinet, serving as the 16th United States Secretary of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) from 2014 to 2017.
