I’ve recently seen advertisements for a Hillary Clinton documentary on Hulu — appropriately titled “Hillary”. Looks like Hillary is doing some interviews in the lead up to the documentary’s release, and she gave quite the revealing interview with The Hollywood Reporter.
In yet another moment of “Hillary was right all along”, she says some pretty revealing things that many of us Hillary supporters have been saying for years, and it’s no surprise that the smartest person in the room feels them herself. A preview of Hillary’s words. Bold my emphasis:

Interviewer (Lacey Rose): In the doc, you're brutally honest on Sanders: "He was in Congress for years. He had one senator support him. Nobody likes him, nobody wants to work with him, he got nothing done. He was a career politician. It's all just baloney and I feel so bad that people got sucked into it." That assessment still hold?
Hillary: Yes, it does.
Lacey: If he gets the nomination, will you endorse and campaign for him?
Hillary: I'm not going to go there yet. We're still in a very vigorous primary season. I will say, however, that it's not only him, it's the culture around him. It's his leadership team. It's his prominent supporters. It's his online Bernie Bros and their relentless attacks on lots of his competitors, particularly the women. And I really hope people are paying attention to that because it should be worrisome that he has permitted this culture — not only permitted, [he] seems to really be very much supporting it. And I don't think we want to go down that road again where you campaign by insult and attack and maybe you try to get some distance from it, but you either don't know what your campaign and supporters are doing or you're just giving them a wink and you want them to go after Kamala [Harris] or after Elizabeth [Warren]. I think that that's a pattern that people should take into account when they make their decisions.

There is so much more in the interview, I recommend clicking the link above and reading it all for yourself. This is sure to ruffle some feathers — Hillary herself is using the Bernie Bros term — but it’s all 100% true, as we Hillary supporters definitely know. Bernie’s surrogates attacked Hillary all through 2015 and 2016, and they attacked Senator Kamala Harris in the summer of 2017. And recently, against Senator Elizabeth Warren.
There’s a reason why so many of us simply can’t move forward, because we don’t want this toxicity anywhere around the Democratic Party or the White House. Hillary’s campaign made mistakes, sure, but Bernie allowed an anti-Hillary sentiment to permeate just enough with persuadable voters who ultimately did not vote for Hillary. And really, his staff is made up with self-admitted Jill Stein voters (Briahna Joy Gray and Nina Turner), you really think that former Hillary supporters are going to let that slide?
It’s no secret that I’m not a Bernie fan, I was once before but like Hillary said herself, I “got sucked into it”. But I came around quickly to enthusiastically supporting Hillary, and I’m just sick and tired of the behavior of Bernie folks repeating the attacks of 2016. A lot of the super Bernie loyalists have left this site for others, though some are back.
I’m posting this to show the Daily Kos community that there are a lot of us here who are loyal Hillary supporters and want nothing to do with Bernie or his campaign. Maybe that’s better suited for Twitter, where I am more active these days, but I see a bunch of familiar user names starting to be more active here as the Iowa caucus nears. I’m not a fan of Bernie, but I know he has a vigorous and dedicated campaign and a real shot at this, and that motivates me to support Kamala first, and now Biden.
