I don’t do all of that fancy stuff when I write, no images, no video, no audio. I just speak, and perhaps that is not welcome, not common, not inviting, worth even a look-see.
First of all, in the thought of just sharing, I believe that Adam Schiff delivered the most eloquent thoughts on why Trump should be convicted, in a sense, in this impeachment matter. Others on the Dem side should be applauded as well, but it was Schiff that moved me, and should have moved GOP senators as well.
I was away yesterday, and didn’t see the first foray of the White House Counsel (why is he involved in this impeachment proceeding?), and Trump’s other lawyers. I am certain it was nonsensical, attacking, and really didn’t address the concerns.
As it relates toward the thing of things, each and everyone of us knows there will not be 67 Senators that will vote to finalize the impeachment proceedings, and that leads us right back to the 2020 election. It is simply the reality that I have accepted, although I do believe the impeachment proceedings have benefited the public, at least in terms of educating about history, gross abuse, etc.
So, on this thought, we are in a primary for a candidate that will be “our” candidate for 2020. I was a huge Bernie supporter in 2016, and voted for Hillary, even though I didn’t support her then and now.
This year, I have donated to none of the candidates. Honestly, I cannot afford it, but even if I could, I am so undecided, and so unbound to any of them, I wouldn’t donate in any event.
Here is my thought. I am so undecided about the 2020 dem candidates, that I will vote for whichever of them arises as the nominee. Trump needs to go. I am as undecided as that!
