WASHINGTON (AP) — Feds charge prominent Republican fundraiser Elliott Broidy in covert lobbying effort to drop Justice Department probe.
It relates in some way to illegal lobbying on behalf of a foreign company facing a criminal investigation.
Quite a team Ronna McDaniels had put together: him and Michael Cohen as deputies with serial sexual harasser Steve Wynn heading up Finance.
Broidy was one of Michael Cohen’s 3 clients in 2017, with the other two being Donald Trump and Sean Hannity.
