Looks like the wheels of the clown car are finally coming off!
The New Jersey Globe is reporting that Rep. Bill Pascrell has filed a complaint in 5 states seeking to disbar Rudy Giuliani and 22 other Trump lawyers.

From the article:
In letters to legal authorities in New York, Nevada, Michigan, Pennsylvania and Arizona, Pascrell charged Giuliani and other Trump attorneys of repeatedly filing frivolous lawsuits with the goal of undermining confidence in the country’s electoral systems.
“These states’ administration of their elections were strong, and there is no evidence of systemic malfeasance or fraud in any of them,” Pascrell said. “Nevertheless, Mr. Giuliani has participated in the filing a series of absurd lawsuits seeking to overturn the will of the voters in these states and has caused irreversible damage to the public trust in the fair administration of our elections.”
Checks out to me. I’m not a lawyer, and have no idea how likely this is to succeed, but it sure seems like these people have gone way over the line of professional ethics in an attempt to end American democracy.
I’ve also noticed the annoyance of the judges these cases have gone to, for instance, in the most recently dismissed PA case:
“This Court has been presented with strained legal arguments without merit and speculative accusations, unpled in the operative complaint and unsupported by evidence,” U.S. District Judge Matthew Brann wrote. “In the United States of America, this cannot justify the disenfranchisement of a single voter, let alone all the voters of its sixth most populated state. Our people, laws, and institutions demand more.”
“This claim, like Frankenstein’s Monster, has been haphazardly stitched together from two distinct theories in an attempt to avoid controlling precedent,” Brann wrote.

Maybe justice is coming sooner than we expected for these people...
