LAST UPDATE: If the Biden-Harris ticket goes on to win GA, PA, AZ, and NV (which looks fairly likely IMO), the final Electoral College count will be 306 to 232.
This has been an interesting experiment. I started off by simply recording a count every hour for my personal curiosity about the pace of change in vote counts, but it seemed easy to bring this to DK. I’m so happy that others also found this interesting.
According to City Commissioner Al Schmidt, there should be a new update soon this morning for Philadelphia votes. When that occurs, that will likely be my last revision to these tables. The narrative by CNN, NBC, and some other media companies is moving quickly toward confirming that the Biden-Harris victory is baked in, and trump is behaving like the buffoon he always was. It is a new day in more than one way.
It’s been a long night, but with the shifts in the Georgia lead and the progress in Pennsylvania, I feel that it is now more about crossing the usual conclusion formalities. It was a long wait though. It even made me think that it was somehow the second bookend to the 2000 fiasco.
I am only going to follow up with PA and GA since the other states have not moved much or at all.
My method is simple:
* 5 minutes before hour — refresh browser (I’m using ABC data)
* cut and paste candidate counts for AK, NC, NV, AZ, GA, PA. That is done by top of hour.
* post new screen shot of result.

Please let me know if you see any data errors.
The entire world is watching the ballot counters, so I feel a lot of respect toward them for the pressure and professionalism during this historical time,. They do not want to make any mistakes that put their efforts in a negative light.
We. did. it.
