Here is what Obama said:
President Barack Obama has reportedly advised former Democratic presidential candidate Pete Buttigieg to use his “considerable leverage” ahead of Tuesday’s primary in 13 states. The former president spoke with Buttigieg on the phone after he suspended his campaign Sunday night. But Obama stopped short of recommending an endorsement of former Vice President Joe Biden. I suspect President Obama prefers Biden but just isn’t endorsing yet. I support Bernie. But here is where we agree and this is my advice: Use your leverage (vote!). You pick who you want but use your leverage. When you vote after reading and gathering information, democracy wins.
There is a lot of information to take in. For example, socialism is polling well in unexpected places. (Texas) Complaints about the supporters and sometimes the campaign of Bernie Sanders are everywhere. (Even on The View) tRump’s train wreck of a Coronavirus response may cost him the election. (link) So it may not matter in the end who the Democratic nominee is. So others not mentioned here could also win, like Liz or Amy or even Bloomie.
Make your choice wisely. Read. Think. Make up your own mind. Then use your vote, your leverage.
