A restaurant in Castle Rock, CO defied orders from the Governor and opened for business on Mother's Day. Restaurants were allowed curbside pickup and delivery, but C & C Coffee and Kitchen opened their doors for indoor service, and the place was packed! Mask requirements and social distancing were not practiced by anyone...customer or employee.
The owner (April Arellano) said “We did our time. We did our two weeks.… and we were failing. We had to do something.” and they decided to defy orders because they had to “stand up for what is right.”
They even tweeted at the orange anus in the hopes of getting his favor, and likely attention as well.
Even Fox News chimed in. Brian Kilmeade:
“It’s packed to the gills, people are on top of each other … it ruins [re-opening] for everybody saying we can do it responsibly,” Kilmeade said.
“It gives governors who want to be monarchs a reason to keep everything shut down.”
Of course he supports the current monstrosity in the oval office, but couldn't resist taking a shot at governors who are trying to protect their citizens.
There is video in the story...prepare to be shocked and disgusted.
