Update: Thanks to Catte Nappe we have an answer:
Someone posted this (in my main illustration) photo on the Duty to Warn Facebook group. It generated lots of comments with some saying it had to be a photoshop and others saying that it was fat shaming or that it detracted from the more serious tenor of most of the posts there.
My opinion isn’t that it isn’t fat shaming although the woman happens to be obese. The reason it was posted was because she looked so similar to Barr.
It prompted me to search hundreds of photos of Barr (here) to see if I could find the source image with the same twisted grimace with the lips slightly parted on the right. I couldn’t, but I gave up after several minutes.
This picture shows the jowls (orange arrow) to be almost identical to those of the face in the photo of the woman. The light grey line (red arrow) could delineate where the image was added.
I did unsuccessfully attempt to find the original.

I deleted the poll now that we have an answer. These are the results. Congrats to those who voted that it was a photoshop.
