Yeah I know. Everyone hates change and bitches and moans and then they get used to it and then they think it’s wonderful. Often true.
My sincere apologies to the talented professionals who have worked hard to launch the revised site. I appreciate your efforts and your long record of success, and I look forward to the non-immediate future. Also, I haven’t been here for a week, so maybe this has all been litigated ad nauseam already.
Please look away as I proceed to unconstructively criticize. It’s not you, it’s me.
Okay then. Is there a way to opt out of the softlaunch and return to the old site design? You know, the one you could browse with pleasure? That didn’t look like Huffpost with more noise?
It reminds me of the turn Google News took, when was it, a couple of years ago? It turned a pleasant browsing experience into a stack of clickbait headlines. I now do all my news-aggregator-browsing on memeorandum.com.
It’s easy to complain. Much more difficult to create. I’m not proud.
Best Wishes,
joejoe
