I’m posting my monthly shameless plug for the Covid-19 Timeline Project, August update.
My timeline project attempts to track key Coronavirus-related events starting several years before the virus made it’s leap from bats to humans. I’m using publicly-available sources for my data which includes news articles, in-depth investigative reporting, research papers and news releases of legitimate health organizations. To date I have about 1,100 links to various information sources and amassed a collection of fifty-seven source documents.
All my data sources are provided under a creative commons license, freely available to anyone who wants to build their own timeline or pursue research into just what the hell has really happened.
This is a personal project that I’ve taken on as a way of helping me keep track of the blur of events since the world went into it’s great pause. I’m hoping this information may help other people.
