Forty years ago, I listened to a series of lectures by the Carbon-Sequestration group from Los Alamos, and thought that carbon capture and/or nuclear fusion was the way forward. I’m indebted to them for showing what a huge problem was confronting the human race, and carbon sequestration may be an important part of the solution, but it looks like a shift to wind, solar, and energy storage should be a main focus.
