In a normal year I’d be thinking about which of these dishes to make for my Super Bowl party. Someday, god willing, we’ll all be hosting some kind of parties again and need party food.

For dinner tonight I’m having leftovers from one of the best things I’ve ever cooked — Beef Bourguignon that I made on Thursday, Ina Garten’s recipe via ninkasi23.
This is highly recommended to all the meat-eaters out there, it’s the best stew EVER. Or as Julia Child put it
certainly one of the most delicious beef dishes concocted by man
