Donald J Trump believes that Justice should serve him and his purposes. Justice is out to get him because he has done nothing wrong except lie, cheat, use bankruptcy to stiff his contractors and create a university to take peoples money. His involvement with the Russians is real.(#FREE PENTHOUSE: I-X, papers that demonstrate his involvement and the characters involved.)

Here is a quick synopsis of Donald Trump since 2016.
Donald Trump attacked the federal judge presiding over fraud lawsuits against Trump University. Donald Trump wanted U.S. District Judge Gonzalo Curiel, to be disqualified saying the Indiana-born judge is biased against him because "He's a Mexican. We're building a wall between here and Mexico.” Trump later portrayed the judge as "a hater of Donald Trump, a hater. He's a hater." And "they ought to look into Judge Curiel.” Trump settled, begrudgingly, by repaying the litigants/students a total of $25,000,000. He committed a huge fraud, but he needed to win an election. Yet Donald J Trump showed his colors just as he had with the 2008 “Obama birther” disinformation he was spreading.
Georgia election interference.
The discourse mainly between Trump and Brad Raffensperger, Georgia’s Republican secretary of state, with Trump allies including Mark Meadows, the White House chief of staff, and attorney Cleta Mitchell were also present, as was Ryan Germany, Raffensperger’s general counsel. Here are the main points: Trump sought to unconstitutionally change the election result.
Trump exhorted to Georgia Attorney General Raffensperger, “find 11,780 votes”.
“The people of Georgia are angry, the people in the country are angry,” Trump said. “And there’s nothing wrong with saying, you know, um, that you’ve recalculated.” He later pleaded: “So what are we going to do here folks? I only need 11,000 votes. Fellas, I need 11,000 votes. Give me a break.” This is election tampering at its worst, totally unconstitutional. Raffenperger recognized this act of political malfeasance. He was also duty bound to report an accurate count.
Then Trump then tried to intimidate and threaten Raffensperger by lying and creating misinformation: “There’s no way I lost Georgia. There’s no way. We won by hundreds of thousands of votes.” He went on to suggest that Raffensperger could face a criminal investigation. “You know what they did and you’re not reporting it,” Trump said. “You know, that’s a criminal offense. And you know, you can’t let that happen. That’s a big risk to you and to Ryan [Germany], your lawyer. That’s a big risk.” Election tampering is a major crime. Yet Donald Trump wanted to win at any cost irregardless of any reality or consequences.
Joe Biden won Georgia. The result had been certified and recounted three times and the signatures verified twice. Biden’s electoral college victory would be ratified by Congress.
Donald Trump declared he would “fight like hell” to hold on to the presidency.
Trump appealed to Republican lawmakers to reverse his election loss to Joe Biden when they convene this week to confirm the vote of the Electoral College. Vice President Mike Pence, who is under pressure to change the results for Trump, will be closely observed.
Trump himself was whipping up crowds for a Wednesday rally near the White House.See “The Rape of the Republic: Why the Senate Must Convict Donald J Trump.” https://www.linkedin.com/pulse/why-we-must-impeach-ben-miedema/
Ousting Acting Attorney General Rosen at Department of Justice.
Ex US president Donald Trump wanted to fire his Acting Attorney General in favor of another Justice Department lawyer who would have unconstitutionally supported Trump and would overturn the election results. —US Attorney General Rosen like US Attorney General Barr, iterated that there was no election fraud of any note or scale that then President Trump was claiming with the 2020 election. Apparently, Trump asked Rosen to influence the vote count in Georgia (and possibly other states.). However, Trump reversed course when senior officials vowed to resign en masse, according to a the New York Times report. The Department of Justice had prevailed. This does not excuse Donald J Trump for trying to overturn the 2020 election. In my opinion A new article of impeachment should be added for this crime for perverting justice.
Trump and his attorneys tried 61 times through the court system and failed. Most cases were thrown out for “Insufficient evidence.” All cases did not warrant a review, except one in Wisconsin. Even the the US Supreme Court threw out Trump’s case.
Donald Trump must be convicted otherwise it would leave the door open to any would be autocrat or an autocratic dictatorship starting as early as 2024. —-The US Constitution could shredded by Donald J Trump or one of his disciples like Ted Cruz or Josh Hawley, (who in my opinion should be censored by Congress).
The US Constitution is but four pages of parchment, imperfect in its design, but a living instrument that shape this nation and our lives. The writers, like Benjamin Franklin knew that tis was a noble experiment, it provided room for amendments, like the US Bill of Rights. The US Constitution can be interpreted with its nuances, but always it has been the beating heart of the United Stats of America and has been a model of democracy imitated in throughout the world.
Donald may revive an autocratic oriented GOP, or more likely be the anchor of the new “Patriot Party. He will support a 2024 candidate (if not himself) for president. However, as a third party, I doubt that he will be able to pull in more than five (5%) of the popular vote. The Patriot Party will pull those votes away from conservative Republican Party members. (Donald Trump can still get on Parler, create websites, create videos and have them distributed by his followers on all social media.)
Should Mitch McConnell want his political legacy to be as a political statesman rather than a political obstructionist, he must denounce and convict Donald J Trump. He must boot Donald J Trump out of the Grand Old Party and prevent Donald J Trump from ever running for any office again. Take away Donald Trump’s. power and authority to further damage the Republican Party. The Trump Party, those Republicans that still support the “Big Lie” are also on trial.
Donald J. Trump must be held accountable for his treasonous actions.
