Just a quick notation.
Georgia is a one-party consent state — meaning that anyone in Georgia can tape a phone call in which they are participating. DC is a one-party consent jurisdiction — meaning that anyone in DC can tape a phone call in which they are participating.
There’s a bunch of right wing blather about how President Trump got tricked and surreptitiously recorded — but that’s the law in Georgia and DC. The Georgia folks who recorded Trump did so legally.
Weirdly….Florida is a 2-party consent state. So, if Trump had stayed in Florida, rather than flown back to DC, he could argue that the conversation was supposed to be unrecorded.
