Not really a story but an interesting technique to have fresh avocados instead of them getting brown and yucky before you get a chance to eat them.
Pick up some rock hard avocados and put them in a vacuum bag until a day before you plan to eat them. I’m getting a week or more
of freshness. If you only eat a half, put the other half, with the pit back in the vacuum bag. I find the ziplock kind work very well. I wash and dry the bag and reuse I can’t tell you how many I wasted before I discovered this trick. Works pretty well with guak too.
