I’ve just wandered through two diaries and numerous comments and noticed one thing. There is a lot of misrepresentation among comments about what the CDC communicated and neither diary actually cared to inform Kossacks about the new guidelines with text or link. So I’ve pasted most of that update below. Check the original at CDC for a visual aid, for more info, or more updates. (I believe my usage is OK because it is a government site and as tax payers we have some license to spread info that the government has itself deemed imp0ortant to spread in dangerous situations.)
I have questions and concerns about how this was presented by the CDC, but I think it is a major waste of time to have debates about a guideline if few people are reading it. So for example, just one point I get out of the update, is the very first sentence. No one gets free license to do whatever they want based upon the CDC alone. State and private business entities still have authority to enforce guidelines.
