Emerson College and WPIX-TV have conducted the first Mayoral Primary poll to take into account a full RCV process (voters can choose up to five candidates).
For the first round, Andrew Yang (who led from the start of the race but has been dropping) continues to lose ground to Brooklyn Borough President Eric Adams; City Comptroller Scott Stringer appears to weather the sexual harassment charges, and former Sanitation Commissioner Kathryn Garcia (who has picked up the NYT and Daily News endorsements) has moved into the top tier of candidates.
