Jogger Laughs When Reporting Mikayla Miller's Death To 911 Dispatcher

911 recording reveals that the jogger who found the body of a black teen girl laughed at the scene.

Today the Hopkinton Police released the 911 call from the jogger who found Mikayla Miller’s body next to a trail in the woods. At approximately 1:37 the dispatcher jokes stating “not a good way to start a Sunday morning,” and he responds to her cold comment by saying “no, not at all” while laughing. Can somebody help this man? Is it possible?

I assume he called 911 within minutes of seeing a dead 16-year-old girl hanging from a tree next to the jogging path. The dispatcher asked him, “Are you on the side of the road?” and he said “No. I’m in the middle of the woods.” So, I guess he was standing next to the dead child while laughing.

I guess he doesn’t think Black Lives Matter.
