Why Vote if Manchin Keeps Siding With the Racists?

This is just a short vent. But I just got the news alert the Manchin has said he would not vote for the For the People Act.  

Could someone please tell me why we should have a Democratic majority if one of our members keeps siding with the racists who are enacting voter-suppression legislation across the country?
