An ally of Proud Boys leader Joe Biggs has posted a letter that he purportedly sent from jail in which he complained about being fed "soy-based" food that he claimed was "weakening" his body.
Biggs, who is currently in prison awaiting trial for his role in the January 6th Capitol riots, purportedly sent the letter to right-winger Darrin McBreen, who claimed on Facebook that Biggs was being treated like he lives in "a third-world country."

A Volusia County Proud Boys leader being held in the Seminole County Jail has been threatened by inmates and will likely be threatened again as they seek to test him, his attorney said during a federal hearing on Thursday.(snip)
Hull said that on May 21, Biggs was threatened by a couple of gang members being held at the Seminole County Jail. He said Biggs was then relocated to another part of the jail.

Hull said the threats have subsided, but he expects there will be more threats in the future as inmates are moved in and out of the jail.
