Dominion lawsuit v. Powell, Pillow and Giuliani moved forward.

The judge just rejected Powell, Pillow and Giuliani’s motion to dismiss the Dominion billion dollar lawsuit.  Link to decision storage.courtlistener.com/…     Nice ruling and pretty quick.  This means discovery proceeds which should be very interesting.  

Soundly rejected all of their arguments.  This should be fun to watch proceed.
