Did Joe Manchin meet with Mitch McConnell (in Kentucky) this afternoon?

Manchin’s private plane was logged arriving at the Lexington, Kentucky airport this afternoon:

The FlightAware log shows Manchin’s Piper plane arriving Lexington airport at 1:15pm today 09/07, and leaving the airport a couple hours later at 3:48pm, back to West Virginia.

Not long enough for any tourist visit, but McConnell does live in the Lexington area, and the Senate is out of session. Or only in pro forma session: I believe they do that in order to facilitate appointments.

No specific info whether Manchin himself was on the plane.

You can speculate.

Sort of obscene US senators having their own private aircraft, so they don’t need to mingle with the unwashed masses, even boarding commercial flights.
