It was the weirdest (scariest) thing. Marjorie Taylor Green, at a Trump rally in Michigan this week claimed that Democrats are murdering Republicans and the killings have already begun. While any sane person would know this is not true, she said it in front of a Trump rally… people who don’t necessarily know that. People who fear that Democrats control the weather.I can’t imagine she believes this is true, but she knows her congregants will. She also knows that they are ready to pull the trigger.
If there’s one thing we’ve learned from Trump and his sycophants, if you want to know what they’re up to, listen to what they accuse other of dong. Trump accused Hillary of colluding with the Russians… which is what he himself was doing. Trump accused democrats of running pedophile rings, and yet he was besties with Jeffrey Epstein.
So the reality is, whatever they accuse the “Democrats” of doing, is exactly what Conservatives are doing. In other words, it’s a safe assumption that MTG wants Republicans/Conservatives to start shooting.
This is a heavy accusation. I know this. Does MTG really want Democrats to die? She said it at a Trump rally, knowing they highly prone to conspiracy theories, deeply paranoid, and highly armed. I think what can be extrapolated from this speech is that Marjorie Taylor Green wants to start a war. Literally. And none of her comrades will challenge her. When asked about it, Rick Scott couldn’t even bring himself to acknowledge this was a call to violence.
Because violence is what they desire. We were made painfully aware of this on January 6. We saw this in the question from the guy from Idaho. Evangelicals want violence. They thirst for it. We know this based on how desperately they try to work their own constituents into a violent frenzy. The bottom line is that nobody is out to harm MTG, but she is desperate to harm others. and is encouraging her constituents to do something dangerous.
Why?
Because violence is all they know. Their God is violent. They see the Jesus from Revelation (violent) as opposed to Jesus from the gospels. As the book of Revelation has taught us, there is nothing more desired than the vengeance of God against our enemies.
