Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu went on TV this morning and said Russian forces have been ordered to withdraw from the western side to the left bank of the Dnieper River, including Kherson.

This is happening in real time. The Russian minister of defense Sergey Shoigu orders (live on TV!) withdrawal from the occupied territories on the right bank of the Dnipro river. This has been rumored for quit some time but it seems to be actually happening this time. This time it was officially announced on Russian TV so maybe it will actually happen, although you never know with Russia.

Let’s watch during the coming days to see if this turns into a bloody chaotic scramble for the boats and a huge rout. But whatever happens, this is a clear and stunning Ukrainian victory.
