Ukraine's military is certain Russia will attack Kyiv again between January and the spring.

The Ukrainian CIC is saying he is certain Russia will attack Kyiv again some time between January and the spring. Of course he knows intelligence no one else knows. But maybe he is just trying to play this up to get more support, too? Considering who is saying this I would sure take it seriously.

I personally think by the spring they will be running for their lives in Crimea. And where are they gonna get supplied and trained 200,000 new troops? Not to mention the fact that if they did attack, presumably from Belarus, Ukraine will turn every fucking gun they got at them right there and they have some very potent guns they didn’t have in February — but he sure sounds certain.

Remember how well this turned out for Russia the last time, right. But it sure seems Russia makes the same mistakes over and over and over again. Is that why there is a push to get patriot batteries there maybe?

All that said — that guy is in charge of Ukraine’s military saying this. And I am sure Russia sure would want to. And no one knows what he knows really. Except for maybe the pentagon.

Just so you know. If he is right it is pretty serious.

In an interview with the Economist, Ukraine’s commander-in-chief, Valerii Zaluzhnyi, says he is certain that Russia will try to take Kyiv again.
