My husband’s colleague just died from pancreatic cancer. She was only fifty-two, and died within 2 months of her diagnosis. My father was much older, but also died from this cancer about three months after diagnosis. And then there was Steve Jobs, among many, many others. This cancer is truly a stealth attacker. Victims experience few, if any, symptoms before it’s too late. That’s why I dub this killer the great white of cancers.
