Since the Supreme Court is in the process of taking away a bunch of rights that it thinks aren’t enumerated in the constitution, specifically the 5th and 14th Amendments as has been previously decided by the court, how about adding a constitutional amendment that specifically guarantees a right to privacy for every person who is in the US (whether citizen or not, whether here legally or not)?
It doesn’t have to be specific about what the actual rights to privacy are included, just that people have this right guaranteed to them. Then all the issues that are at risk to being overturned by this criminal court would now be out of their reach. That seems like an easier path to take than trying to expand the court or electing a super majority of congresspeople and senators.
