I think the semantics used in the pro-choice movement is important. The anti-abortionists grabbed "pro-life" which sounded good since who could anyone be in favor of the opposite, i.e. "pro-death" but then they went further and further in defining what to be alive as a human being meant from the human zygote and then from any method of birth control that prevented fertilization. I suggest that those in favor of pro-choice also add to their lexicon the term "forced birth" and refer to members of the anti-abortion movement as "forced birthers."
.
What's next for them if the Republicans gain the presidency and control of both the Senate and the House considering that they already control the Supreme Court? Will we see a gulag of forced brith centers where pregnant girls and woman are identified, perhaps by those collecting a bounty to report them? Then they might be rounded up by birth gestapos, and sent to camps where they have to bring their babies to term.
.
Then what happens if they refuse to raise them? Is that made a crime? Could there be camps where they have to live with their baby behind barbed wire with guard towers manned by armed personnel, and take care of them until they are 18?
.
Where else could the new-born infants who aren’t adopted go? It’s possible we will see orphanages like the United States had following the time t
he first orphanage was established in the United States in 1729. “By 1850, 56 orphanages were up and running, responding to health epidemics and the rapid increase of poor immigrants.’ By the 1950s, children in family foster care outnumbered children in orphanages. The government started funding the foster system in 1960. And since then, orphanages have fizzled out completely.”

It stands to reason that with so many unplanned babies coming into the world many won't be raised by the mother and while some will be adopted many will have to go to foster homes or even large facilities thus bringing back orphanages with dozens or hundreds of children living there except for those few who can be adopted.

I think that the points I raise here and others, if publicized effectively, can benefit the Democrats in upcoming elections. I’d give it a seven (in my poll) but only if Democrats craft their message effectively. What do you think?
