Gentle ladies and gentle men, of the jury…
We are living in a country where Team Crazy is now passing laws which force 10 year old raped, pregnant fifth graders to carry a child to term.
Of course, a ten year old girl hasn’t physically developed enough for childbirth. The structure of the elementary school aged pelvis doesn’t allow for natural childbirth. There is not enough room for the passage from uterus to birth canal. Childbirth at that young age will kill the pre teen child and kill the baby being born.
The only way for a ten year old to survive this forced birth ordeal is to have a cesarean. That’s major surgery. Some one has to pick up a scalpel and cut into her ten year old body.
That, requires modern technology, something which did not originally exist back at the origin of the republic. Pre natal care followed by Major surgery requires Heath insurance.
Here’s the kicker.
Team Crazy calls itself pro life, but doesn’t view Heath insurance or any form of medical care as a right. Team Crazy insists you don’t have a right to the medical care that is absolutely required for this little pro life saga to actually end with all the participants in a state of actually, still being alive.
Every time we try to pass Medicare for all or a public option so that every American has the insurance needed to live a long healthy life, Team Crazy fights to the death to stop us.
The family of that ten year old who was raped and is now pregnant, Team Crazy (also known as the family values party) fights hard to keep that family from having the insurance they need to cover the costs of the pregnancy Team Crazy is now forcing their 10 year old raped child to have.
En lieu of public insurance, Team Crazy also opposes requiring all companies to provide health insurance to their employees. If they provide insurance great. If they don’t, who cares.
The thing this girl and her family needs to make a forced birth survivable, Team Crazy fights to stop them from having.
Now of course the rationale for forcing this raped and pregnant 10 year old girl to carry a pregnancy to term is based on the rulings of a 17th century jurist who likes to burn witches.
Quick summation…
The words of a 17th century witch burner are used to justify a 21st century courts use of a concept called originalism. This, is used to declare that an 18th century constitution really didn’t contain a right to bodily autonomy, even though a US Supreme Court in the 20th century, said it did.
But wait! There’s more.
After all their feather boa drama about the sanctity of life and how all life is precious, Team Crazy hasn’t ponied up a single tax dollar. They haven’t coughed up one “red” cent to cover the costs that this state sponsored use of force is imposing on the families of raped, pregnant, fifth grade girls who would die if modern medicine didn’t exist.
Guess when modern medicine didn’t exist?
That’s correct! Back during the period originalism supposedly covers., back when James Madison put his John Hancock on a document that was supposed to be about setting up a government which secured freedom, for Americans.
And that’s what this ten year old fifth grade girl who was raped and impregnated is.
She is an American
She has rights
Well, she used to have rights
Not anymore, and that goes for any American woman of any age. No rights for you.
If this isn’t enough to convince you that Team Crazy, is CRAZY, they insist the fetus growing in the uterus of this raped, fifth grade girl, this little ten year old child, that fetus is a gift from god.
The prosecution rests
