With all the hurly-burly and argle bargle being tossed around by the media, lawyers, archivists, FBI, and the other ABC Departments, about the handling and storage of these documents Trump stole from the White House in his last days, I’d like to pose some standard questions that have been left out of the discussions about the whole thing.
Those questions are: “Why did he have them in the first place?”, “WHO gave them to him?”, “How did he get them in his possession?”, “What was he expected to do with them?”, “When did he obtain them?” and, “Where did he collect and stash them so they were ready to be put in these boxes?”
I am assuming that these documents (possibly down to the page) were individually tracked in a system just like library books are tracked so that each copy of these documents are individually traceable in a database so “we” can seen when they were “checked out”, by who, and perhaps an authorizing entity who requested it. Perhaps there was even an expected return date, as well as a location for the returned copy to be put back on the shelf it was sourced from.
To me, it seems a trivial task to pin down how these documents got into the tiny, sweaty, hands of the soon-to-be FPOTUS. It should then be easy to show probable premeditation of the criminal action of “stocking up” on saleable info which, in turn, demonstrates intent.
When do we get these questions answered?
