There is a guy named Frank Callahan, a great guy named Frank Callahan! If you are running for office, you want this guy on your team. He knows how a campaign works; he just knows!

Now, if for some reason you can’t get Frank Callahan, and hell, even if you can get him, there is a group of people you really want in your corner. That group is the readers of Daily Kos! You guys are fantastic, you really came through for Terrence Walker.

Terrence is running for Delegate in Virginia’s 81st House district. As, our own Crimson Quillfeather wrote: Terrence is The Kind Of Person Who SHOULD Run For Office…

You’ve been helping him with that! Terrence takes no money from corporations and the folks here at DK helped him raise a lot of money with about 300 small dollar donations.

Daily Kos readers also helped Terrence get the petition signatures he needs to qualify to run. Way to go guys! You’ve also helped him in many unintended ways. You’ve drawn attention to his campaign, so his number of volunteers is growing and growing.

The 81st district is a newly drawn district, there is no incumbent, there is no one running against him...yet. If someone does decide to run against him, if a Republican decides to try for this heavy leaning D district, I’m not worried and I hope Terrence isn’t either. I think you’ve shown you’ve got his back!!!
