Ukraine launched a large-scale drone attack on targets in Russia. Reports say it was more than 30 drones.
Ukraine’s drone attack came a day after Russia launched dozens of drones at Ukraine, mostly toward Kyiv. All but a couple of the Russian drones were shot down.

Holding back out of fear of escalation clearly hasn’t worked — for the U.S., Europe or Israel. It isn’t stopping Iran from upping the ante and becoming Russia’s chief arms supplier.
If Ukraine could figure out a way to strike Kaliningrad, it would have little military value but it would demonstrate that Russia can be hit anywhere, which would have great political value. The Doolittle Raid against Japan in WWII had little military value but it showed Japan that it was not immune to attack.
Ukraine would have to launch from the Baltic Sea since a land-based attack would have to cross Poland and/or Lithuania.

He says that the war in Ukraine differs from Iraq and Syria in that there are many head injuries from the constant Russian shelling. he also says that Ukraine has already won the war because the common cause of fighting the invasion has brought Ukrainians together and forged a new national identity.
