Multiple outlets like AccuWeather and WCCO-TV, Twin Cities are reporting excellent conditions for viewing the Aurora Borealis phenomenon across wide swaths of the northern United States Thursday night. While searching up links I even came across weatherfolks from the Carolinas talking about this opportunity. Best viewing times are within an hour or two of midnight local time.
Here’s a helpful link to NOAA where you can get a more up-to-the-minute forecast of aurora activity.

I’ve spent most of my life in the northern latitudes but have yet to see them.
