I am so happy! My health continues to improve since being prescribed vitamin D and iron supplements. It's amazing to me how much of my suffering for YEARS and YEARS was apparently due to vitamin and mineral deficiency. Tonight, for the first time in at least 4 years, I will be going to one of my children's school programs. My health problems had made that all but impossible, as one trip out of the house to something like that had the possibility of turning into a week or more of sheer agony and sleeping for days to recover. My youngest child has really been disappointed by my inability to be at these things and it broke my heart into bits. I cannot overstate how excited I am to be given this new lease on life! I even did my makeup for the first time in about 5 years, just so I could look my best for the choir concert tonight. I really just wanted to share this with you wonderful people on here because so many of you have been so kind with your support and uplifting words of encouragement, when I was in the worst condition imaginable. I will always be grateful for that! I will work to pay it forward however I can. 😁 And just as a public service announcement of sorts: if you're experiencing crushing fatigue and terrible pain in your bones and muscles, ask your doctor to run a panel on your vitamins and minerals. It sounds so basic but I don't think they do it unless you ask for it because I've suffered for a long time from what was apparently just vitamin deficiency and mine was apparently never checked. It's been the difference between night and day. Thanks for reading everyone and have a great afternoon! 🙂❤️😻
