Owen Morgan of the YouTube channel TellTale brings news regarding Machiavellian machinations of supposed prophets of God.
Morgan himself is a former Jehovah’s Witness turned atheist who began his channel examining various sects. Comparing their practices to those of cults, he used the BITE model created and popularized by Steven Hassan to determine more objectively if these groups are cult-like. As time has gone on, he branched into covering QAnon, and with QAnon’s intersection with politics he’s begun covering that broader topic as well.
Last week, he let his viewers in on what QAnon preachers have been up to. The rhetoric between Q prophets and influential (if still niche) megachurch pastors are beginning to blend to the point to where they’re nearly indistinguishable.
Televangelists are now claiming that President Joe Biden is a demon.
(jump to ~10:00)
It was bad enough when there was just a demon portal above the White House! And that somehow Biden had slit eyes like a reptile. (Those were things they’ve been saying for the better part of a year, if not longer. Roger Stone got in on the portal speculation.)
Hank Kunneman, whose ministry at Lord of Host Church is based in Omaha, Nebraska, and whose rhetoric I wrote about before, is one of these pastors importing Q language into his sermonizing. (He’s the one captured in the screenshot above.) Here’s what he had to say about a dream or vision he had regarding the president:
So somebody just texted me a picture of the guy that they say is Biden. And I’m going to be honest with you. It doesn’t look—there’s several pictures. It looks nothing like the guy that is Joe Biden. Now people say, “Oh, that’s cosmetic surgery.” I’m a cartoonist. I also—and I’m being honest—I also am a portrait artist. And I recognize features. And I can see features and what, what I’m telling you—this is very interesting, because November 4th of 2020, God said “46 doesn’t exist.”
And I had a dream on November 4th. I was literally—I saw where they announced the election for this fake administration, and I saw what looked like the face of what we would call Joe Biden. And the voice of the Devil spoke—in fact, his face changed. Remember, I said I don’t know what’s going on with his face? But it wasn’t him.
And little—listen. Something’s happening. I’m not—you say, “Well, that sounds like conspiracy.” I don’t listen to any of that stuff. I don’t even listen to the news. I’m looking at pictures that are sent to me. I went out and researched it myself, said “Okay,” typed it in—What? And I’m like, “Come on, man. Come on, man.” Come on, man.
And so, for one, the one, uh, Biden, all the years he had bluish-green eyes. Now, this new thing has brown eyes. So, you know, let’s be honest. You know, I think we’re being played.
This dovetails with ideas and comments emanating from other QAnon influencers, such as Johnny Enlow (a person Morgan describes as a hinge between fundamentalist Christianity and QAnon). The remainder of the clip intersperses some of what those other folks had to say to judge against what ever effluvium it was that Kunneman was laying out for his audience.
These people believe that Biden is a duplicate; that the upper eschelon of society dines on blood, traffics children, and have the audacious and completely ineffectual plan to import immigrants one by one so as to coax a vote out of them one at a time, like counterfeiting single dollar bills; that there is an invisible chain of command that extends all the way to heaven in the form of celestial Supreme Courts. It’s a weird mental world these people inhabit.
And yet these people want to take over the country. For keeps!
