Hiya everybody, how was your weekend?

I spent mine mostly sleeping and reading a time travel novel, then sleeping some more. I felt bad enough that I took a covid test this morning. It was negative and I felt better this morning anyway. I went back to work, had a class to teach, didn't get too much else done.  I do feel more or less like myself again though.

 The photo above is from somewhere on south coast of England where I visited a friend last month.  I had a really good time and it was great to get away but it seems like a long time ago already.

 The weather was gorgeous today, clearing to sunny and almost balmy. September and October are traditionally our finest months here.
