I have been with the Federation of Aboriginal Nations of the Americas (FANA) since its very beginning when it was no more than a group of Indigenous Chiefs wanting to turn a vision of the future for First Contact Indigenous Nations/Tribes from the East Coast of North America into a reality.
Very slowly, with mishaps and successes, FANA Tribal Members began to coalesce over the years and FANA has now found itself on the global stage from North and South Americas, through Polynesia, as well as through the United Kingdom, and Africa.
Through its appointments of Ambassadors and contacts, The Federation of Aboriginal Nations of the Americas (FANA) has now established itself in Japan.
I am honored to publicly announce the Appointment of Ms. Maki Fushii as FANA’s Council General to Japan. She is a citizen of Japan and lives in Tokyo, Japan. Her office will be located in Tokyo.
Ms. Fushii will be reporting to FANA’s Ambassador to the United Kingdom and Ambassadorial Coordinator, Mr. Douglas Scott, who reports to FANA’s Minister of International Affairs, Principal Chief Dr. Ronald Yonaguska Holloway of the SandHill Band Lenape and Cherokee Indians (NY, NJ, PA).
Ms. Fushii has been involved with ECPAT (End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography, and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purpose) as well as establishing herself as General Council to organizations in Canada. She is an Ordained Minister of the Church of Canada.
She is currently working as the general manager for an International Equity Fund Corporation that operates in the following areas: Mining and resources, Power generation and utilities, Real Estate, and Shipping and marine. The Company deals with investors, not lenders.
Ms. Fushii is well-versed in the world of Finance and will perform her responsibilities with her many years of experience behind her.
