Guys, simply put I am overwhelmed. Overwhelmed by your kind words. Overwhelmed by your stories and shared experiences. Overwhelmed by your response. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
I never realized what a weight it was to feel like I was all alone. Your words remind me that I have many brothers and sisters in the struggle. That’s something I didn’t realize I had lost when I personally fired Twitter (literally the day Captain Dipshit showed up carrying his sink and pockets full of ketamine). And truthfully, the experience here has been a bajillion times better than even the best version of Twitter (I don’t even remember when that was. Probably never. I’m probably romanticizing it like Boomer's romanticize the 50s).
So this is just a quick note to say thank you. Thank you for welcoming me back. Thank you for engaging with me in thoughtful and respectful ways. Thank you for being the community I remembered.
I have much more to say. I thank you for your time and attention. Here's a poll if you’d like to take the narrative wheel for future writings.
Cheers!
Jim
