WTF???

Eric Swalwell just announced on MSNBC that Republicans are REFUSING to seat Tom Souzzi because their majority in the House is so small.

Republicans are playing politics and denying representation to citizens in New York’s 3rd congressional district!

As a resident / constituent of NY-03, would I not have standing to claim that the Speaker is violating the Equal Protection clause of the Constitution? How can a duly elected House Representative not be seated? Taken to its natural conclusion — at the commencement of any new Congress, what would stop the the Clerk of the House being directed to seat only R’s and no D’s? Or vice versa

If it wasn’t Swallwell, I’d say someone is being hyperbolic.
