But they won’t be cancelling SC this year. Thats if Nikki Haley has anything to say about it.
Trump campaign has been holding secret meetings with the RNC lately.
What a tale of two incumbents………..and two elections……...
Democratic
- President Joe Biden: 48.6%, 39 delegates
- Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders: 19.8%, 15 delegates
- Businessman Tom Steyer: 11.3%: 0 delegates
Republican
South Carolina was one of four states in 2020 that canceled its primary/caucus in an attempt from the GOP to fend off rivals of incumbent President Donald Trump.
Unlike Trump and the GOP, Presidential incumbent Joe Biden believes in democracy. No states will be cancelling any democratic primaries.
Joe may have decided not to be on the ballot in NH, but he still got 63.9% of the vote. By write-in.
Trump is screaming bloody murder now, because someone he beat by only 11% in NH isn’t bowing to him and dropping out of the race.
So much so, that Trump threatened ALL GOP voters NOT to donate to Nikki Haley. Doesn’t sound like the move of a confident “stable genius.”
Trump wrote on Truth Social that anyone who makes a contribution to the Haley campaign "from this moment forth, will be permanently barred from the MAGA camp."
"We don't want them, and will not accept them," he added.
Trump's post did not specify whether he was referring only to donations to Haley's campaign or whether the warning extended to any donations given to a pro-Haley political action committee.
Haley responded with a post to X inviting people to donate to her candidacy.
"Well in that case…donate here. Let’s Go!" Haley wrote alongside a link to a fundraising site.
THIS is how a confident democracy-loving presidential candidate looks:
Nikki Haley can burn Trump’s britches for another three weeks
The South Carolina primaries take place on two different dates. The Democratic primary is on Saturday, Feb. 3, while the Republican primary is three weeks later on Saturday, Feb. 24.
South Carolina has an open primary system, which means voters can cast ballots for whichever candidate they prefer, regardless of party affiliation. A registered Republican can vote in the Democratic primary, and vice versa. However, voters cannot vote in both primaries.
And Joe’s already joined in the fun………
Joe Biden’s campaign joined Truth Social on Monday….
….to share a series of clips featuring Republicans giving him credit for his response on Israel—and attacking his predecessor, Donald Trump, who owns the platform. The account, which is under the handle @BidenHQ, wrote, “Well. Let’s see how this goes. Converts welcome,” in its first post. Rob Flaherty, Biden’s deputy campaign manager, posted on X, formerly Twitter, saying, “A thing about campaigns is sometimes you just do things for the lolz.” Steven Cheung, the Trump campaign’s spokesperson, responded by saying: “[Biden’s] continuation of spreading misinformation to gaslight the American people in order to distract from his disastrous record won’t work, and they’ll be ratioed to oblivion.”
RFK Jr. wasn’t on the ballot in SC, nor in NH?
What gives?
Planning a third-party run?
He’s burning through cash……………..

The Republican National Committee is meeting behind closed doors this week as some allies of Donald Trump had hoped to put the group's stamp on the former president early in the 2024 GOP presidential nominating campaign.
But a proposed resolution to declare Trump the presumptive nominee has been removed from the agenda before the committee is scheduled to meet in Las Vegas this week, party officials said.
The reversal comes as the first two early-state contests have winnowed the Republican campaign down to two major candidates, with Trump as the heavy favorite and former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley vowing to continue her uphill challenge.
