I'm cautiously hopeful that Biden can win another presidential term and I believe that Dems taking back the House is a very reasonable possibility. The Senate will take a lot of work but might be just barely held by Dems, similar to 2020 with a bare majority. With all this in consideration I think it's never too early to begin considering how to prevent any future possible Sinemas from yet again preserving the corrupt filibuster.
Cast your gaze upon New Jersey where allegedly bribe happy Senator Bob Menendez is under investigation and deeply unpopular. Unfortunately his leading potential replacement is Tammy Murphy - a former Republican and nepo candidate wife of the Democratic governor. Need I say more? There's no excuse to be running a supposedly former Republican in a state like New Jersey when Andy Kim is far superior in my personal opinion.
Two significant updates this week summarized by NJ.com and Democracy Docket:
Democracy Docket
New Jersey Attorney General Matthew Platkin (D) said in a legal filing on Sunday that his office won’t defend a state law that allows for a controversial “party column design” on county primary election ballots.
The filing is the latest development in a federal lawsuit filed by U.S. Senate candidate and current Rep. Andy Kim (D), along with U.S. House of Representative candidates Sarah Schoengood and Carolyn Rush, challenging the state law, which they say gives certain candidates an unfair advantage in a primary election. The candidates argue that the challenged ballot design violates the U.S. Constitution’s Equal Protection Clause.
And then today's news.

Fulop rescinded his endorsement the same day a federal judge holds a hearing in U.S. District Court in Trenton on a lawsuit Kim filed seeking to throw out the state’s controversial ballot system — in which candidates endorsed by the county party are bracketed together in a line on the primary ballot, with their opponents listed to the side.
In a stunning move, Jersey City Mayor Steve Fulop said Monday he made a mistake endorsing New Jersey First Lady Tammy Murphy for U.S. Senate and has switched his support to U.S. Rep. Andy Kim, her top rival in a heated Democratic primary growing more unpredictable by the day.
Fulop — who is running to succeed Murphy’s husband, Gov. Phil Murphy, in next year’s race for governor — also called on the first lady to drop out of the race for the seat currently held by indicted Democrat Sen. Robert Menendez.
