Yet again, I put off composing this diary until next to the last minute. I think it’s because I never have anything going on my my life that’s worth writing about. See, Daily Kos is my snorkel to the world. This is especially true since I cancelled cable TV. Hey, it could be worse. I could be stuck with nothing but the hellscape still known as Twitter, right? That would really mess me up in the head.
Also, here it is, nearly 5:00 AM Easter morning and I have no idea what I’m going to eat today. I don’t even have any eggs boiled up. Though I’m no Christian, I do know colored eggs didn’t begin with Christ’s resurrection. The predecessors of today’s Wiccans originally gave out pastel eggs on the Vernal Equinox, which they called Ostara. Ostara was also a good time pick a few Spring flowers. While they were out in their gardens many Wiccans also took time to sow a few seeds. I’ve certainly got that on my to-do list.
Enough of my rambling. On with the tunes.
So what’s on your mind this morning?
