I used to listen to the radio whenever I was awake, and sometimes just left it on when I slept. The last two weeks, I’ve suffered radio silence and I’m missing a lot of news.
That’s not what I’m writing about.
I continually read on this site the media is letting us down. A large part of it is letting us down, not explaining what the issues really are in this election year.
Since losing my radio, I’ve been looking at youtube, specifically
MSNBC.
I know a lot of people don’t watch MSNBC on Super Tuesday
but, this caught my eye today (Wednesday)
Kudos to MSNBC for getting it and saying it on the air.
Shockingly, NPR has reported on just how wrong SCOTUS was by gutting the VRA. Everyone who feared this would negatively impact voters have been proven right and racists are reaping the benefits across the country.
Our young, poor or non-white neighbors might have trouble voting this November, making it our job to help them get to the polls and advocating for their franchise. Can you imagine this government web site during the previous administration? www.eac.gov/...
A belated Happy International Women’s Day — Don’t sit at home this year, vote out any pol who is trying to stick their nose in your private business.
Tomorrow is Daylight Savings Day — Time will “spring forward” 1 hour at 2am, remember to set your clocks.
