While it’s great that Biden is opening a bunch of offices and hiring staff, I was actually having trouble finding out how to put my own boots on the ground to help GOTV now.
Below, I compiled a few links. Long story short, the Dems need volunteers for virtual phone banks (in coordination with the DNC and State parties) and you may be able to find a wide array of in person volunteer opportunities with local dem organizations.
National listings of GOTV Opportunities
Democrats.org has virtual phone banks: democrats.org/…
Mobilize.us (seems widely used by Dems and) has lots of volunteer events near me (sending post cards, making calls, and in-person canvassing, etc etc): www.mobilize.us
Local GOTV Options
(I only searched in PA but the idea is the same to just find your local candidates and see what they offer).
The PA Dems have a GOTV Events listing (and Bob Casey’s senate campaign also redirects to the same link): www.mobilize.us/…

I’m posting the above because I signed up to volunteer through what I thought were the 2 leading GOTV operations for this cycle but i have not heard back from them and don’t see any actual volunteer opportunities on their websites. (Seems weird to me).
On joebiden.com, I don’t see an Events pages or other straightforward way to volunteer or login to a volunteer profile/portal. There’s just a simple “sign up here to volunteer” widget that hasn’t resulted in any followup by the campaign over the past months since I signed up (besides a huge amount of fundraising emails). I live in a blue state so it seems somewhat excusable, but I’m less than 100 miles from millions of potential swing state voters.
Similarly, on the page for When We All Vote, there’s also a signup page, but signing up did not lead me to GOTV opportunities yet. This is the PAC supported by Michelle Obama and celebrities like Selena Gomez and Tom Hanks. Their website also directs to www.mobilize.us/...
