The protesters have breached the barricades and at this point the police are pushing the protesters into the park.

7:59 PM PT: Pepper spray has just been used.

8:05 PM PT: One police officer struck a protester in the head with a barricade. That protester is on the ground with a bleeding head wound behind the police line. Receiving no medical attention.
